ASSESSMENT - We will assess your skills, knowledge, attitude, and learning style as well as your performance in the 8 key areas that a leader needs to excel in.
OBJECTIVES -We will help you to set critical performance objectives that you want to accomplish from your coaching. Your coach will work with you to create large exciting goals!
COACHING - You will benefit greatly from your weekly one on one coaching sessions with your coach. Here your coach will provide insight, challenges, and support to help you achieve more with less effort.
EVALUATION -Taking time along the way and to make adjustments to the process is always important.
