Biography

What began as politely listening to clients’ complaints about their jobs and organizations has led to a career in Coaching and Organizational Development for Ed Turi. Turi was an advertising executive in New York City selling TV commercial time when he noticed that he was spending a good portion of his time listening to clients express frustration with their jobs and their employing organizations. That observation sparked Turi’s curiosity:

Turi says. “I wanted to learn how to create an atmosphere where both companies and their employees could thrive.”

Turi has dedicated his career to passionately pursuing that vision. The result of which has been the successful creation of EmergeU, whose focus is to teach emotional intelligence skills to leaders who want to bring dynamic change to their organization
